Brady Graham

Brady GrahamGraham is a Portfolio Insights Specialist analysing portfolios for clients across Continental Europe. Graham’s experience spans traditional asset classes as well as specialising in analysis and portfolio construction with liquid alternative products. Graham is an active member of the CAIA association and regularly delivers accredited training in Portfolio Construction and Manager Selection.

Precis: Over the last ten years, forward looking capital market assumptions have come down but investors’ needs may not have changed. How can we deliver North of 6% from a market that might only give us 6%?

Agenda:
The J.P.Morgan Asset Management Portfolio Insights Program utilises three key levers for portfolios returning North of 6%:

  1. Asset allocation
  2. Tactical Investing
  3. Manager Selection

Each section will be built around real life client portfolios, scenarios and industry trends, featuring the choices and funds most frequently found across the European cross border market. Each section will deliver actionable takeaways, featuring the toolkit available to J.P. Morgan Asset Management clients through the Portfolio Insights program.

The agenda will be framed against the evolving regulatory environment, reinforcing the need for robust and accountable decision making processes.

Chatzidakis Manos

Chatzidakis ManosBorn in Athens in 1972, Manos Chatzidakis studied Finance and Business Administration in Athens University of Economics and Business (1991) and ALBA (MBA course, 2001). Driven by strong interest in financial and stock markets entered professionally to equity analysis in 1999 as an Analyst certified by Hellenic Capital Markets Committee (2003, 2017) and became head of analysis department in all three organizations he was hired ever since. Currently works in Beta Securities (2011-now) leading a team of three analysts. At the same time his excellent writing and expert analyzing skills qualified him as regular columnist in the weekly newspaper "Capital".

Juscsak George

Executive Director, Senior Sales Executive CEE, J.P. Morgan Asset Management
Juscsak GeorgeGeorge Juscsak is an Executive Director and the Senior Sales Executive for J.P. Morgan. He has 17 years of experience working in the financial markets and in the banking industry in the United States and Internationally. In his current role he is responsible for- and oversees the sales activities for J.P. Morgan Asset Management in Central and Eastern Europe and Russia. He is based in Vienna, Austria.

Prior to joining the European operations he worked on Wall Street as part of the J.P. Morgan Investment Bank. In his role as Vice President he was a member of the Portfolio Strategies Group on the Fixed Income and Rates Products desk, working with various US and international institutional investors. Before J.P. Morgan he worked for Bear Stearns in New York in a similar role, and in the Capital Markets Department of AmTrust Bank in Cleveland, Ohio.

George earned his MBA at the Case Western University, holds a CPA, Series 7 and 63 degrees and pursuing his CFA and PhD degrees. He is a Honorary Professor at SZIE, and member of the MSc in Finance Advisory Committee of the Central European University.

Koletta MariaMs. Koletta is Senior Director, Head of Retail Sales and Transfer Agent Activities of Eurobank Asset Management MFMC. She is in charge for the distribution of both Greek and Luxembourg based Funds that the Company manages and for all operational activities – including regulatory ones - to ensure high level of quality & customer satisfaction. Prior to assuming this position she was Chief Operations Officer in Piraeus Asset Management MFMC, being responsible for Clients Service Department, Networks Support & Development and Third Party Funds Distribution. She has also worked as Head of Foreign Markets Transactions Settlement in the Custody Division of Piraeus Bank SA., as well as in the Custody Division of Eurobank EFG SA. Ms. Koletta holds a Master of Science in Finance from Leicester University and a Bachelor in Banking and Finance from Piraeus University.

Lamprou Pantelis

Director of Strategic Communication and Markets Analysis, Athens Stock Exchange
Lamprou PantelisPantelis Lamprou, has been an executive of the Athens Exchange Group (ATHEX Group) for the past nineteen years. He is currently the Director of Strategic Communication and Markets Analysis. At the Group, he has also held the positions of Director of Compliance & Risk Management, Clearing & Risk Management, Business Products Development, Market Operation and Project Manager of various technological and operational projects.

He began his professional career in 1989 in the computer industry, working in development projects at the Computer Technology Institute (CTI, Academic R&D Institute), at InfoQuest as Product Manager and at the Rainbow Group of Companies (Apple Computers) as Business Manager.

He is a member of the Technical Chamber of Greece and of the INSEAD Alumni Association. He sat on the BoD of private and state owned companies, member of the Scientific Committee of Greek Computer Engineers and member of Hellenic Volunteer Managers Center (KEMEL).

He holds a degree (with distinction) from the Department of Computer Engineering & Informatics of the University of Patras. He is a graduate of the International Executive Program (Fontainebleau & Singapore) of the INSEAD Business School and speaks Greek (native) and English (fluently).

Lazarakou Vassiliki, Ph.D

Attorney at Law, ex Vice Chair of HCMC
Lazarakou Vassiliki, Ph.DDr. Vassiliki Lazarakou is an Attorney at Law, admitted both at the Athens and New York Bar Association and specialized on capital markets, banking and finance law, M&As, privatizations as well as corporate law. She is Head Partner, KLC Law Firm and in charge of the Financial Law Group of the Firm. She was the First Vice-Chair of the Hellenic Capital Markets Commission (HCMC) since September 2012 and thus member of the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee.

She was chairing the Working Group and represented the Council in relation to the adoption of the Regulation and Directive on "Markets in Financial Instruments (MiFID II/ MiFIR)" and managed to reach the political agreement between the European Parliament and the Council. For this reason, she was also chairing until recently the committee for the implementation of MIFID II into Greek law, which was appointed by the Ministry of Finance. She was also the Chair of the Working Group for the Council in relation to the Regulation on "European Long Term Investment Funds (ELTIFs)" during the Hellenic Presidency when a general approach was achieved at the Council.

Before joining the HCMC, she was a Senior Partner with Zepos & Yannopoulos law firm in Athens, Greece and the Head of the relevant Banking, Capital Markets and Finance Group of such firm for several years as well as the co-Head of Real Estate Group. In 2000 and for one year she worked at the legal department of the Athens Stock Exchange. Before that, she had worked with Zepos & Zepos law firm and earlier in the Legal Department of a pharmaceutical company, Sterling Winthorp Inc., New York, USA.

She has a Doctorate in Law (JSD) from New York University School of Law, New York, U.S.A. and her Doctoral thesis was on "Greek privatizations in International Perspective". She also has an LLM in International Legal Studies from New York University School of Law and Bachelor in Law from the Athens University, School of Law.

Lekkos Ilias, Ph.D

Lekkos Ilias, Ph.DDr. Lekkos is the Chief Economist at Piraeus Bank Group, responsible for the Economic Analysis and Investment Strategy Division of Piraeus Bank Group. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Foundation for Economic & Industrial Research (IOBE) and a member of the Council of Economic Advisors of the Hellenic Bank Association. Before joining Piraeus Bank he was a Senior Economist at Eurobank-EFG and prior to that he has worked at the Bank of England, HBOS-Treasury Services and Standard and Poor’s. Dr. Lekkos holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Athens University of Economics and Business, an MSc in Economics and Finance from Warwick University and a PhD in Finance from Lancaster University. His research has been published in a number of academic journals.

Sguazzini FedericoFederico is a Portfolio Insights Specialist analysing portfolios for clients across Continental Europe. Federico is responsible for the fund selection and portfolio construction of J.P. Morgan Asset Management’s market leading series of model portfolios, launched for Italian clients in 2017. Previously, Federico worked with Private Banks and Intermediaries in the Italian market.

Vitou Isavella

Coordination Office & Strategic Projects, Global Markets & Wealth Management, Eurobank S.A.
Vitou IsavellaIsavella joined the Group Strategy Division of Eurobank in June 2016. She is a member of the Transformation Sector, involved with projects which intend to transform the Bank’s business and operating model and to contribute towards the implementation of the overall strategic objectives of the Bank.

Prior to that, Isavella worked in the Global Markets & Wealth Management division and, more specifically, in the Coordination Office and Strategic Projects team since June 2015. She was appointed to assist the General Manager (member of the Executive Board) in coordinating the different areas of his mandate, ensuring advanced support, preparing reports and presentations for C-level meetings, boards and committees. Among her responsibilities were (a) to collaborate closely with management for the timely execution of initiatives and special projects assigned by the ExBo member, (b) to actively follow-up respective plans and deadlines and (c) to ensure the smooth operation and functioning of all related businesses mandated to the General Manager on a daily basis. She was also a member of the Private Banking and Discretionary Asset Management Investment Committees.

Isavella joined Eurobank in 2007 as a Senior Fund Analyst at Eurobank Asset Management M.F.M.C. and Group Private Banking division, where she developed a strong expertise on a wide array of funds provided by the Open Architecture platform of the bank, structuring model portfolios and presenting tailor-made solutions for client portfolios. Prior to joining Eurobank, she worked as a Junior Associate in Transaction Advisory Services at Ernst & Young. Her professional career started in 2004 at the Ministry of Tourism acting as a Consultant to the President of the Greek National Tourism Organization at the Ministry of Tourism. In 2006, she did her traineeship at the European Commission in Brussels and Malta.

Isavella holds an International MBA degree in Financial Engineering from Athens University of Economics and Business and an MSc degree in Marketing and Communication from the same university where she graduated with honors. During her undergraduate studies at the Democritus University of Thrace, where she received the BSc degree in Economics, she was awarded a distinction for academic excellence. Finally, she has received the highest level of certification (level D) for Advisory Services by the Hellenic Capital Markets Commission.
