Lorenzo obtained First Class Degree in BA in Rome, Bachelor Degree in Commercial Law.

Astolfi MatteoMatteo joined M&G as Country Head Italy in February 2008, with firm's AUM in Italy being € 300mln. Launched retail distribution in Italy for M&G in 2009. M&G's AUM in Italy at the end of February 2015 are € 15.8 bln, with over € 1 bln net sales YTD in 2015 and a team of 18 people. Before that Matteo spent 10 years at Pioneer Investments (1998-2008) and before that 3 years at KPMG the audit firm.
Matteo has a degree in Economics from the Catholic University in Milan.

Dimopoulou SophieMs. Sophie Dimopoulou has more than 20 years of international experience in investment management and is responsible for the business development of BNP Paribas Investment Partners in Greece, Israel, Cyprus and Malta. Sophie holds an honours degree in Monetary Economics from the London School of Economics and has completed the Investment Management Program at the London Business School. Sophie started her career with the Portfolio Management department of Credit Suisse Private Bank covering equities, fixed income and Funds-of-Funds offerings. She held various management positions at Citigroup, where she structured and managed fixed income portfolios for clients across U.S., Europe, Middle East, Asia and Latin America. She was also a member of the Investment Committee of Citigroup Asset Management London. Prior to that she was responsible for the origination and launch of Hedge Funds, Private Equity and Real Estate offerings for the Alternative Investments arm of Citigroup Private Bank. She also developed complex investment proposals for Citigroup's High Net Worth investors covering all asset classes. In Greece, Sophie held previously the position of Head of Sales & Marketing at EFG Mutual Fund Management Company.

Goudinakos StratosStratos Goudinakos, a veteran floor trader, has been actively involved in Capital Markets and Finance, Banking/Investment Banking /Asset Management/Insurance for over 20 years.

Starting out at London's LIFFE as an options market maker/Director of Investments, he built and managed complex derivative portfolios (inter - intra volatility spread structures).

On his return to Greece he joined NBG Group, Head Derivatives & Proprietary Trading; managed the desks of market making, arbitrage and sales, set up an international prop desk and was also responsible for hedging the bank's bond book. He, consecutively, moved to NBG's asset management, as Chief Investment Officer.

In succession, he participated (partner) in the buyout of an investment company and its extensive restructuring; in addition, he developed and started up Ulysses Global Macro Hedge Fund which invested mainly in high grade markets on currencies, bonds, stocks, indices and commodities. Member of Investment Committees in Capital Management; moreover, managing own assets, trading in international derivative markets.

For the last two years he served at ATE Bank’s Board, responsible for Funding and Liquidity. He also sits in a number of Boards for ATE Bank Romania (Audit Committee, President of Risk Mgnt Committee), ATE AEDAK, and ATE Insurance. Currently, he is the Chief Risk Officer of ATE Insurance (Solvency II).

He holds a Diploma in Chemical Engineering of Patras University in Greece, a DBA from Cardiff Business School University of Wales, and an MBA from CASS Business School of City University; he also holds certificates from TEE, SFA and the HCMC in Market Making & Asset Management.

Lazarakou Vassiliki, Ph.D

First Vice-Chair of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission
Lazarakou Vassiliki, Ph.DDr. Vassiliki Lazarakou is the First Vice-Chair of the Hellenic Capital Markets Commission (HCMC) since September 2012. She is a member of the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee of the HCMC. She was chairing the Working Group and represented the Council in relation to the amendment of the Directive and the adoption of the Regulation on "Markets in Financial Instruments (MiFID II/ MiFIR)", during the Hellenic Presidency, when a political agreement was reached between the European Parliament and the Council and MiFID II and MiFIR were adopted accordingly. She was also the Chair of the Working Group for the Council in relation to the Regulation on "European Long Term Investment Funds (ELTIFs)" during the Hellenic Presidency when a general approach was achieved at the Council.

She is a lawyer admitted at both the Athens Bar and the New York Bar Association. Before joining the HCMC, she was a Partner with Zepos & Yannopoulos law firm in Athens, Greece and the Head of the relevant Banking, Capital Markets and Finance Group of such firm for several years. She has expertise on capital markets, M&As, privatizations, corporate and commercial law and other similar issues.

In 2000 and for one year she worked at the legal department of the Athens Stock Exchange. Before that, she had worked with Zepos & Zepos law firm and earlier in the Legal Department of a pharmaceutical company, Sterling Winthorp Inc., New York, USA.

She has a Doctorate in Law (JSD) from New York University School of Law, New York, U.S.A. and her Doctoral thesis was on "Greek privatizations in International Perspective". She also has an LLM in International Legal Studies from New York University School of Law and Bachelor in Law from the Athens University, School of Law.

Pafili Agathi

Senior Policy Advisor, European Fund and Asset Management Association (EFAMA)
Pafili AgathiAgathi Pafili is Senior Regulatory Policy Advisor in the European Fund and Asset Management Association (EFAMA) in charge of the regulatory developments at the EU and global level with a particular focus on benchmarks and indices and the long term investment funds. She joined EFAMA in September 2012.
Ms. Pafili was formerly member of the cabinet of the Vice President of the European Parliament, Ms. Anni Podimata, being in charge of the Economic and Monetary Affairs Committee legislative discussions between 2009 and 2012. Prior to that, Ms. Pafili was the head of the cabinet of the Chair of the Culture and Educations Affairs Committee of the European Parliament, Ms. Katerina Batzeli, from 2007 to 2009 and has worked as a policy advisor for a Member of the Economic and Monetary Affairs Committee of the European Parliament from 2004 to 2007.
Ms. Pafili started her career in 2002 as a trainee lawyer in the Commercial Bank of Greece in charge of commercial private contracts. She is member of the Athens Bar Association and holds a LL.M on international and European law.

Proestaki ArchontissaArchontissa Proestaki joined Geniki Bank in December 2013 as Chief Investment Officer, leading the Investment Strategy & Advisory Division.

Prior to this, she was the Head of Fund Selection for Eurobank Group (2008-2013) and a Senior Investment Officer for Eurobank Group Private Banking (2006-2008). She also worked for Eurobank Equities Firm, as a Director in Derivatives Sales & Trading (1999-2006).

She previously held a Dealer’s position in the Treasury Departments of Xios Bank (1998-1999) and ETEBA (1997-1998), while she had started her career as a Markets Research Assistant in ETBA (1994-1995)

Archontissa holds an M.Sc. in Economics & Finance from University of Warwick, U.K. and a B.Sc. in International & European Economic Studies from Athens University of Economics and Business.

Toschi Maria Paola

Toschi Maria PaolaMaria Paola Toschi, executive director, is a market strategist at J.P. Morgan Asset Management in the Milan Office, in charge of communications to domestic retail and institutional clients. Maria worked from 1986 to 2008 as a sell-side equity analyst in different Italian banking institutions including Banca IMI and Intesa Sanpaolo Banking Group, mainly covering small-mid industrial companies and following several IPOs. In 2003 she became responsible for the retail investment communications team dedicated to the Sanpaolo Retail and Private Banking network. She graduated in Economics at the Milan L. Bocconi University and has been a Member of the Italian Financial Analysts Association since 1989. She joined J.P. Morgan Asset Management Milan in November 2008.

Vitou Isavella

Vitou IsavellaIsavella has been a Senior Fund Analyst at Eurobank Asset Management M.F.M.C. since December 2013. Among other things, Isavella has developed a strong expertise on a wide array of funds provided by the Eurobank Open Architecture platform, forming model portfolios and presenting tailor-made solutions for client portfolios. She is also member of the Private Banking and Discretionary Asset Management Investment Committees. She has been with Eurobank since 2007 where she worked as a Fund Analyst with the Group Private Banking division. Prior to joining Eurobank, Isavella worked as a Junior Associate in Transaction Advisory Services at Ernst & Young and as a Consultant to the President of the Greek National Tourism Organization at the Ministry of Tourism. In 2006, she did her traineeship at the European Commission in Brussels and Malta. Isavella received the International MBA degree in Financial Engineering from Athens University of Economics and Business. She also holds an MSc degree in Marketing and Communication from the same university where she graduated with honors. During her undergraduate studies at the Democritus University of Thrace, where she received the BSc degree in Economics, she was awarded a distinction for academic excellence. Finally, she has received the highest level of certification (level D) for Advisory Services by the Hellenic Capital Markets Commission.
